The growing interest in environmentally friendly and sustainable processes in nanotechnology has prompted the investigation of microalgae as effective bio factories for silver nanoparticle synthesis. Present study explored the green synthesis of Ag Nanoparticles, from the defatted microalgae cell, having the size range of less than 100 nm in diameter. The as synthesized nanomaterial could be utilized in industrial as well as pharmaceutical sectors.
