Computer-Assisted Measuring System for Study of Aluminum-Nickel Alloys
摘要
This work introduces a hardware and software system, built on the Raspberry Pi microcomputer and powered by Python, designed for the analysis of aluminum-nickel alloys. The study also provides a rationale for the relevance of investigating aluminum alloys with nickel additives. These alloys have high strength, low density, and high heat, wear and corrosion resistance. The paper describes a modernization of eddy-current transducer and complex making it possible to research the parts made of composite materials based on nickel and aluminum. Here, the results of the study of nickel and aluminum alloy samples made of powder intermetallides using spark plasma sintering with utilization of eddy current testing are presented.
