In the present situation, healthcare is one of the efficient parts in our daily life. This paper discusses about hospital management system designed to address most vital part in the healthcare like that - long queues for OPDs, bed availability, streamlining the admission process in healthcare private, semi-government, government, semi-urban and rural areas. The proposed solution is structured around three primary interfaces: a hospital admin dashboard, a patient mobile application, and a super admin Panel for government oversight. These interfaces are integrated by Django and REST APIs, utilizing for relational data and MongoDB for real-time data. To efficiently OPD operations, a queuing system has been implemented, such as appointment type, age, and also most important part that is doctor availability to emergency patients and also normal patients. Bed management is enhanced through a real-time monitoring system that presage bed availability over 24 * 7 h, supporting proactively planning and load balancing. The system also could the admission process by linking doctor suggestions to real-time bed availability. For oversight, a city-wide admin panel noticed that real-time OPD activity, Total and available bed for all connected hospitals, enabling informed decision making and resource allocation. This healthcare system has been allocated in hospital environment, 40–60% improvement in queue handling times and expedited admission processes. The system is designed for enhancing system alerts, dashboard clarity, city wide healthcare infrastructure, and overall usability.
