Reshaping Leadership Development: AI and ML for Identifying and Nurturing Future Leaders

AI and ML technology is constantly developing and changing. The Fourth Industrial Revolution’s AI and ML Transformation refers to how businesses and societies move from the Third to the Fourth Industrial Revolution, where AI and ML tools like artificial intelligence are utilized to produce fresh goods and services. Nowadays, most people think that human labour will be replaced by artificial intelligence. In actuality, this new kind of intelligent computer is more likely to collaborate with humans, even though many functions will surely be mechanized in the near future. In order to navigate this paradigm, shift in the workplace, the current study aims to evaluate and rethink the duties of leadership of the future. A quantitative analysis was carried out to assess the effects of new skill sets that AI leaders ought to have. an AI-powered workplace. In order to evaluate the influence and test the relationship between Ethical Decision Making, Emotional Intelligence, Spiritual Intelligence, and AI and ML Competence on AI Ready culture leading to Organizational Performance of tomorrow’s workplace, 330 corporate leaders from a variety of industries and sectors were asked to complete the survey questionnaire. It was discovered that AI Ready Culture positively affects Organizational Performance, and Ethical Decision Making positively affects AI Ready Culture. On the other hand, the results of this study statistically confirmed that AI and ML Competence has a detrimental effect on AI Ready Culture. Finally, the effects of Spiritual Intelligence and Emotional Intelligence on AI Ready Culture were not supported.
