The global spread of artificial intelligence (AI) across all aspects of human life prompts deep philosophical questions: what roles will remain for people, which professions should we prepare the next generation for, and how should society adapt to changes with no clear answers. The research examines the problem of the vulnerability of professions to AI. In 2023, experts at Goldman Sachs projected that AI could displace up to 300 million jobs. However, they also noted that AI would simultaneously create new roles and boost productivity in those that remain. Meanwhile, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) forecasted a much sharper rise in costs associated with employing young, highly skilled, and well-paid workers, driven by the growing integration of AI technologies. One of the tools for monitoring the sustainable development of organizations is the implementation of the ESG (Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance) approach. This approach, focused on addressing global environmental, social, and governance (ESG) challenges, enables the integration of relevant monitoring mechanisms directly into an enterprise’s business processes. The potential of ESG ratings as tools for evaluating sustainable development has been explored, including the introduction of a model that accounts for positive and negative cumulative assessments. Additionally, an algorithm has been developed to assess the vulnerability of various professions to AI. This involves selecting projects of varying complexity aligned with students’ skill levels. Key data elements and procedures necessary for designing training datasets have been identified. Furthermore, an automated service framework has been created to support the large-scale development of custom neural networks.

摘要
