Conceptual Aspects of Management of a Balanced Sustainable Development of Economic Systems
摘要
The research aims to determine the conceptual aspects of managing a balanced, sustainable economic system. During the research, the author employed induction, deduction, logical generalization, and reflection. A holistic approach was used to formulate a hypothesis of the concept of management of a balanced, sustainable economic system, the theory of restrictions for determining the destructive element of the system, synergetic theories, self-organization, and evolutionary economy as the basis of change management (evolutionary management). Based on the theory of restrictions, it was found that the destructive element among other environmental subsystems (environmental, biotic, and social subsystems) is the economic subsystem. It is determined that balanced development implies coevolutionary interaction between environmental subsystems. Thus, the management of this process involves the use of methods and techniques of the “Development Management” approach. The main postulate of the balanced sustainable management concept is that the achievement of sustainable development for a separate economic system requires a coordinated method to establishing long-term targeted indicators of economic and ecological development for all economic systems interacting under a single geopolitical space. A foundational tenet within the framework of balanced development management posits that the achievement of sustainable progress for a specific economic entity hinges upon the harmonized orchestration of long-term economic and ecological performance metrics across all constituent economic populations sharing a common geopolitical sphere. The economic subsystem should be attributed to the most environmentally destructive elements. Its management requires the influence on the main determinants of economic development.
