Hybrid intelligence, combining human and artificial intelligence, offers a solution to this challenge. This study examines AI tools for risk analysis in marketing analytics, with a focus on AI-based hybrid methods within human-AI interaction frameworks. Hybrid intelligence integrates human and artificial intelligence to achieve superior outcomes through mutual learning. In marketing, it offers benefits through improved customer experience, personalization, and analytics, particularly with the advancement of generative AI. However, challenges exist when users need to understand AI decisions. The relative strengths of AI and human intelligence can be studied at macro, meso, and micro levels to understand their complementary roles. This study examines hybrid intelligence in marketing by analyzing AI tools and identifying opportunities within human-AI frameworks.
