Persuasion in the Context of Conversational Agents: Systematic Literature Review and Research Directions
摘要
The study offers an overview of the emergent research on various aspects of AI conversational agent persuasiveness, analyzing antecedents, mechanisms, and boundary conditions of AI - customer persuasive communications and interactions. Stemming from the analysis of literature in a broad range of domains, we propose an integrative model of CA persuasiveness and offer directions for future research.
