Optimization of the Energy Power Generator YNS-75C Set and Validation in the Avatron Milenium Load Bank Real Load Simulator
摘要
In the industrial field, the shortage of electricity allows the manufacture of a generator set. The performance and power have a significant growth, these parameters are evident in large industries, in mechanically controlled generators, improvements can be obtained in the combustion engine (Diesel) with adjustments in the electronic control panels. The objective of this work focuses on checking the real-time performance of the generator set through the load simulation provided by a simulator. A YNS-75C generator set is selected, determining the power and performance through a load bank simulator. The incidence in the functional and energy acceptance test will depend on the power marked on the simulator screen. The tests are always carried out at the manufacturing site. The specifications and loads are given according to the power of the generator set, taking into account the environmental data, also checking the safety, ground connections, protections, insulation tests, preliminary fluid checks and verifying the emergency stop button. The tests must be carried out at engine operating temperature (95°) in performance classes G1 – G2 – G3 as agreed in the supplier’s technical data sheet, where the alternator frequency, voltage variation and power drop will be checked when 100% performance and recovery load are given.
