Development of New Environmentally Friendly Materials for Use in Particleboard and Wood-Polymer Composite Materials in Infrastructure Projects
摘要
This study elaborates on the systematic development and scientific-technological principles of synthesizing urea-formaldehyde resin modified with reactive eco-friendly compounds. The primary objective is to enhance the properties of this resin for use in particleboards and wood-plastic composite materials while minimizing environmental hazards, particularly free formaldehyde emissions. The research outlines each phase of the synthesis, including molar ratio adjustments, pH control, temperature regulation, and the integration of reactive additives such as lignin and biodegradable plasticizers. A comprehensive technological scheme is proposed for producing modified polymeric composite adhesives from local resources, ensuring sustainability, low emissions, and thermal stability. The environmental focus of this work contributes to the development of clean technologies for civil industry and construction.
