The paper considers the possibilities of creating stable infrastructure of distributed energy systems by identifying various faults and failures in such systems. The features of infrastructure of distributed energy system control under conditions when it is affected from the outside are investigated. An analysis of approaches that allow determining the parameters associated with the corresponding type of failure in the energy system, based on the analysis of expert information, is carried out. It is proposed to use the paired comparison method in order to process different types of faults in infrastructure of energy systems presented to experts in a sequential manner. A mathematical model for determining the types of faults and failures in the infrastructure of distributed energy system is developed. The formation of a fuzzy model for classifying faults and failures in the distributed energy system based on fuzzy information is substantiated. The results of determining the types of faults and failures in the infrastructure of distributed energy system are presented based on a set of models and approaches created in the paper.
