Small businesses operating on e-commerce platforms often lack access to robust analytical tools tailored to their specific needs. This study addresses that gap by proposing the development of an advanced data analytics dashboard integrated with the Wix API, aimed at enhancing decision-making in small online retail operations. The dashboard incorporates descriptive and predictive analytics, allowing for real-time monitoring of key performance indicators such as product sales, customer location, price distribution, and demand forecasts. The methodology followed a design science research approach, which included the identification of visualization standards, the characterization of existing sites, the definition of design guidelines, and the implementation of a functional prototype. A pilot evaluation was conducted with a jewelry e-commerce business, where the dashboard was used to analyze user behavior and sales trends. The results showed that the tool enabled informed decisions regarding inventory planning, promotional strategies, and geographic targeting. The integration with the Wix platform ensured continuous data updates, improving operational responsiveness. This work contributes to a scalable and cost-effective solution for small businesses, offering more advanced analytics than those typically available through standard e-commerce tools.

摘要
