Blockchain Based Student Credential Solution
摘要
Blockchain technology has proven to be a secure and efficient solution for data management in decentralized environments. This work presents the development of a prototype student identification system based on Hyperledger Fabric and Hyperledger Besu, each utilizing its respective consensus algorithms: RAFT and IBFT 2.0. The system implements smart contracts for the issuance, validation, and revocation of student identities, ensuring the security and immutability of information. The performance of both approaches is evaluated in terms of response time and resource usage, showing that the implementation is scalable and suitable for use in educational institutions. Additionally, the system uses NFTs as a digital representation of student credentials, integrating with mobile applications and Web3 services to facilitate interaction with end-users.
