Dyslexia is a learning disorder that affects a person’s reading and writing skills. This article presents a systematic literature review focused on analyzing the effect of Innovative Technology on supporting the learning of students with dyslexia. To carry out this systematic review article, the PRISMA methodology was used for the information search process, including the PIO framework to define the eligibility and exclusion criteria, and using the Mendeley platform to classify the selected articles. The level of reliability between researchers was calculated using the statistical measure Fleiss Kappa. As a result, one hundred and twenty articles were obtained, which were classified according to the type of tool that was used and its application in the teaching-learning process, where the majority studies were developed for supporting native language learning, followed by those to help early detection of students with dyslexia, and finally researches on EFL teaching, demonstrating a gap in this educational area. The methodological orientations used by articles were also taken into account, where more than fifty percent applied a quantitative methodology, in which the experimental design was highlighted. This research suggests future lines of research related to dyslexia.
