Online Reputation Management System for Educational Institutions Using a Hybrid Transformer Model
摘要
Online reputation for a university might be one of the most important aspects, as a single positive or negative review on the web can lift up or pull down its repute. The paper proposes a framework for an Online Reputation Management System (ORMS) which collects, processes, and analyses the reviews on college-review websites systematically for Somaiya Vidyavihar University. In doing so, it leverages transformer-based NLP and TextBlob sentiment scores to detect even the most delicate contextual and emotional signals. The administrators are given real-time, interactive dashboards that turn the complicated data into usable insights so they can quickly locate and solve issues. This work highlights how data engineering and NLP boost reputation and guide evidence-based institutional decisions.
