The quick growth of online commerce has resulted in a greater demand for systems that gather, analyze, and interpret large amounts of market data in real-time. Manually checking competitor websites for price changes and stock levels is not efficient and is highly prone to human errors.This research presents an AI-driven Smart Web Scraping and Market Analysis Bot using UiPath’s Robotic Enterprise (RE) Framework for data acquisition among websites. The bot will automate end to end data acquisition from a number of e-commerce sites, collecting information such as price, ratings, and inventory status. In addition to Robotic Process Automation (RPA) ensuring handling of transactions in a logical sequence, automatic error recovery, and an easily scaled system through Orchestrator Queues, retrieved data is later formatted for meaningful comparison reporting and visualized using a Power BI dashboard to present to stakeholders via email notifications. An intelligent AI agent will also allow the system to perform adaptive scraping in the case of structural changes to the websites and provide a more current performance with features seeing dynamic or changing elements. The proposed solution offers enhanced visibility to market performance, provides data-driven decision options, and lays the foundation for the intelligent and scalable informed analysis with integrated automated functionalities in e-commerce.
