GovMithra is an AI powered multilingual chatbot that answers queries about government schemes, services and more. It’s multilingual feature allows people that speak various regional Indian languages use the chatbot efficiently. GovMithra can answer queries related to services like UPSC exams, welfare schemes, digital education initiatives, scholarships and others. GovMithra is designed to provide answers for each step instead of giving all details at once. GovMithra's RASA framework builds conversational flow and ability to translate responses to languages like Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam and more sets it apart from other solutions.
