Technological Audit: Prioritization of Digital Technologies in Operations
摘要
This paper summarizes the application of a multi-criteria decision-making model to conduct a technological audit in an industrial environment. By prioritizing digital technologies aligned with strategic performance objectives, the PROMETHEE II-ROC method was used to evaluate six technologies across 21 criteria organized into three dimensions: Acceptability, Barriers, and Technological Characteristics. The consequence matrix, coupled with the ROC-derived weights, provided a ranking based on positive, negative, and net flows. The results reveal that Traceability and Digital Poka Yoke technologies outperform others in terms of feasibility and performance impact, while other technologies such as Big Data Analytics, Additive Manufacturing, and Simulation are suitable for strategic long-term deployment. The study offers actionable insights for technology managers aiming to align digital initiatives with operational goals.
