The research has a descriptive and exploratory characteristic. It intends to explore opinions and understand the position of agents of Brazilian family farming, agricultural input sales managers and primary school teachers in the face of the theme. In order to collect data on the subject, a data collection instrument was developed consisting of different parts, objective multiple-choice questions, open and descriptive questions, and questions about opinion in the face of statements about food safety. It is intended that the results are part of a larger global panorama that leads to reflections on Brazil’s contribution as an agent to the improvement of food security and the achievement of SDG 2 (Hunger) with a world free of hunger.

摘要

Considering that one of the factors that cause hunger in Brazil is the poor distribution of food, this complex problem is one of the reflections of the increase in unemployment and decrease in purchasing power. Despite being easily associated with food shortages and the displacement of food for export, the problem of hunger encompasses several other factors.
