This chapter develops the core means through which co-intelligent value is created: Tokenized Dynamic Intelligences (TDIs). It argues that in the next-generation AI era, platforms of interactive engagement—not products or transactions—become the primary locus of value creation. Through TDIs, value shifts from linear production to a continuous flywheel of interactional learning, adaptation, and meaning-making across ecosystems. Using L’Oréal’s Beauty Tech transformation as a detailed exemplar, the chapter shows how systems such as Beauty Genius and Perso operationalize relational value creation in practice. These platforms do not simply personalize products; they generate TDIs that link individual context, lived experience, formulation logic, sustainability constraints, and ecosystem knowledge in real time. Value is realized not as a finished output, but as an evolving relational outcome shaped through interaction. The chapter generalizes from this case using the PIEX lens and the Five Loci of Co-Intelligent Value Creation, clarifying where relational value emerges and how it can be designed and governed. It also introduces the need for risk-managed TDI design, addressing issues of quality, privacy, bias, safety, and trust. The chapter concludes by positioning TDIs as the relational engine that necessitates—and prepares the ground for—the COIN Systems Architecture developed in Chapter 3 .

摘要
