This chapter reframes the fundamental nature of value creation in the era of next-generation AI. Moving beyond the industrial logic of linear value chains and product-centric delivery, it argues that value is now realized through interactional creation—the continuous interactivity between human cognition, conscious experience, and machinic cognition. In this co-intelligent (COIN) paradigm, value does not reside in outputs or transactions, but emerges relationally through lived engagements in which learning, meaning, and risk are now jointly produced. While value has always been phenomenologically realized in use and subjectively assessed by the beneficiary, what changes in the co-intelligent era is that interaction itself becomes a systematic, scalable source of shared learning that continuously reshapes future value creation. The chapter introduces Tokenized Dynamic Intelligences (TDIs) as the core relational substrate of this new value logic. TDIs are meaning-bearing, evolving encodings that arise from human–AI interaction and carry relational intelligence across platforms, organizations, and ecosystems. To make this shift visible and actionable, the chapter introduces two foundational constructs: the PIEX lens—Platforms of Interactive Engagements in impact-driven Interconnected Ecosystems of emergent life-eXperiences—and the Five Loci of Co-Intelligent Value Creation, which orient managerial attention across capability, enactment, activity, strategy, and performance. Anchoring performance in Sustainable Wellbeing Impacts (SWIs) rather than output optimization alone, the chapter establishes the conceptual foundation for the book: value in the relational AI era is experiential, ecosystemic, and continuously co-created through human–AI collaboration.

摘要
