Hereby, the problem of deciding the injectivity of an affine mapping restricted to sets taken from a finite family of convex sets is studied. We propose sufficient and necessary conditions on injectivity. As the method presented highly depends on how the intersections of the sets under study can be detected, we propose a relaxation for sets that can be bounded by open d-balls of arbitrary dimensionality.
