When incorporating theories from behavioral psychology, self-regulation and servant leadership, the authors revealed that trust, perceived usefulness and ethical fit are important factors for AI acceptance. Results indicate that the influence of belief triggers on AI intention is somewhat stronger at organizational levels, as in multilevel analytic models. According to the findings, AI can be adopted in ethical, effective and sustainable ways through leadership-endorsed belief-based strategies.
