Human Resource Management strategies have changed with the remote work revolution propelled by the development of technologies and enhanced by the pandemic. The purpose of this report is to evaluate the business challenges companies continue to experience, including communication problems, less productive collaboration, lack of work-life balance, and others. The research was conducted with an original qualitative research design to understand the extent to which flexible work policies, digital HR platforms, and training courses had been used to manage productivity. Remote work environments are more adaptable and productive when communication and employee well-being are prioritized. To foster resilience and sustainability, modern HRM practices must integrate a human-centered approach with technology-driven flexibility.

摘要

Human Resource Management strategies have changed with the remote work revolution propelled by the development of technologies and enhanced by the pandemic.
