This chapter presents the methodological design employed to carry out the diagnostic process with students of Electromechanical Engineering (IELMEC). The primary objective of this stage was to identify which soft skills require reinforcement or further development in order to align student competencies with the demands of the labor market. By applying validated diagnostic instruments, the research seeks to obtain reliable data that reflects both the current level of soft skills among students and the areas in which additional pedagogical strategies may be needed.

摘要

This chapter presents the methodological design employed to carry out the diagnostic process with students of Electromechanical Engineering (IELMEC). The primary objective of this stage was to identify which soft skills require reinforcement or further development in order to align student competencies with the demands of the labor market. By applying validated diagnostic instruments, the research seeks to obtain reliable data that reflects both the current level of soft skills among students and the areas in which additional pedagogical strategies may be needed.
