This chapter presents the main conclusions drawn from both the qualitative and quantitative analyses of the study, highlighting the development of soft skills among Electromechanical Engineering students through integrative projects. Based on these findings, practical recommendations are provided to guide future educational strategies, project design, and interventions aimed at further enhancing students’ professional competencies and their successful integration into the labor market.
