The paper suggests an effective system for early prediction of the probability of an earthquake in the Levant region using a CNN algorithm. Data was collected from the USGS and NOAAUSDC agency between 1999 and 2024. The related records number was (43156). Our work covered the following regions (Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, Palestine, the central Mediterranean Sea, Turkey-Syria, Turkey, and Israel). The collected database consists of 18 features. We kept the seismic information and dropped the others to get seven features. Add to the temperature factor became eight features. It is considered good input to our model. Accuracy was 0.9912% for our model. Our model is effective, saves lives, and saves money.
