摘要

The evolution of simple local and linear supply chains (SC) to supply network. This new concept of SCM has thrived important information exchanges between stakeholders, which has given rise to new requirements to ensure traceability. The diversity of actors and their language differences make food traceability a challenging task and collaboration between them arduous. We develop a highly expressive system to enable the stakeholders to collaborate and communicate in effectively. Subsequently, the proposed system will model knowledge and rules in an ontology such that information exchange between all actors is enhanced with a common language, and trace and track goods innovate technologies such Fog and cloud computing, and as Internet of Things (IoT). To test the system, various queries are carried out to cater different food traceability needs. The results show that the developed system has the expressiveness needed to describe all the knowledge related to the food supply chain, allowing interoperability between collaborative actors and data integration.
