The research aimed at identifying the reality of the application of wheat and barley crop farmers to conservation agriculture techniques in Telkeif District/Nineveh Governorate, arranging fields of conservation agriculture techniques according to their relative importance from the farmers’ point of view, where the research community comprising all farmers applying the conservation agriculture technique in the Telkeif District of which (430) were farmers, a sample of which was taken from the total community, i.e. approximately (201) were investigated. After the fixed sample (30) was excluded from the basic research sample, the data was collected by a two-part questionnaire form: part I included questions on measuring independent variables for researchers, and part II covered a range of fields to measure the reality of farmers’ application of conservation agriculture techniques. The study data was analyzed using the (SPSS), and the results showed that the level of farmers’ application of conservation agriculture techniques is average, and the results showed a significant correlation between the reality of farmers’ application of conservation agriculture techniques and the number of years work in agriculture, cultural openness and the Attitudes towards conservation agriculture. The researcher recommends working on plans for indicative and other specialized programs in order to persuade as many farmers as possible to adopt this modern technology.

摘要
