Power loss in distribution systems is a significant challenge that affects grid efficiency and reliability. While various methods exist to address this issue, traditional approaches are becoming inadequate in handling the complexities of modern energy demands. Additionally, the increasing integration of renewable energy sources, despite their sustainability benefits, introduces network disruptions and uncertainties, leading to more frequent outages. This highlights the urgent need for accurate, fast, and efficient solutions capable of predicting changes while maintaining system reliability. This study aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of power loss in distribution systems by examining its causes, effects, and mitigation strategies. It reviews both traditional and modern approaches, identifies the most effective techniques based on recent research, and presents statistical insights into the most widely adopted methods. By bridging the gap between existing theories and practical applications, this study contributes to the development of a more sustainable, efficient, and resilient electricity distribution infrastructure.

摘要
