The paper presents a multidimensional approach to modeling artificial intelligence (AI) acceptance in services based on intuitionistic fuzzy sets, integrating the Artificially Intelligent Device Use Acceptance model (AIDUA) with the Intuitionistic Fuzzy Synthetic Measure (IFSM). The proposed methodology consists of three main stages: transformation of responses into intuitionistic fuzzy sets, aggregation of evaluations within attitudinal dimensions, and calculation of a synthetic AI acceptance index. The method supports more flexible and accurate modeling of user attitudes toward AI technologies in the context of service acquisition. It can be applied in academic research and the practical management of AI implementations.

摘要
