The manuscript is dedicated to the concept of integrating human and machine intelligence inside MS (Management Systems). Technological convergence enables the mutual pursuit of HK (Human Knowledge) and AI (Artificial Intelligence) to achieve the common goal of developing the cognitive capabilities in different areas of the economy. Such a pursuit is a dynamic and continuous phenomenon directed at increasing the knowledge and skills of managers. The intention of the research performed is to analyse the course of the transformation process of conventional MS through the implementation of executive components based on AI-technologies in order to knowledge mining, making predictions, reasoning, and problem-solving, Analyses are carried out at earlier stages assess the probability of both positive and negative synergy effects through integrating HK and AI components. Our research shows that an important factor determining integration success is iterative adaptation of HK & AI components according to the criterion of max positive synergistic effects.

摘要
