Currently, one of the main issues facing people, various institutions, including educational ones, is dealing with the development of artificial intelligence, which is gaining momentum in all spheres. The purpose of this study mainly focuses on finding the relationship between the current level of attitudes towards the use of learning management systems and the level of perceptions about the implementation of artificial intelligence for the needs of the educational process. To achieve the objectives of this study, a non-experimental correlational methodology was used with quantitative data, which were collected with two measurement instruments developed by the authors of the study. The study population was students of the University of Tetova in all faculties, who were randomly selected with a total of 678 students. Descriptive results show a concentrated positive level of student attitudes toward the current use of the learning management system (ALMS), while the assessment of the perception of the implementation of AI in the LMS appears with a higher positive level. Analyses of the relationships between existing attitudes toward the learning management system and the improvement of the system with AI show a statistically significant average positive relationship, while the analysis of the comparison of means shows a statistically significant effect of 21.4% towards the improvement of the LMS with the implementation of AI. The findings of the study offer strong and meaningful recommendations for higher education institutions to personalize and enhance learning management systems by integrating artificial intelligence, thereby advancing them to more sophisticated and effective levels.

摘要
