摘要
The design and development of the management model (management and organization structure) and the quality training manual of IGIP Accreditation Training Centre (IGIP-KMUTNB) was analyzed to meet the requirements of IGIP and complied with the International Standard (ISO 17024). Therefore, the integrated program of the Master of Science of Technical Education has been developing under the Faculty of Technical Education (FTE), King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok (KMUTNB). The students who graduated from this program are eligible to get M.S.Tech.Ed. and it also prepares to obtain the ING.PAED.IGIP diploma, which is international recognition to enhance teaching quality of the vocational colleges, vocational institutions, technical institutions, and universities in Thailand. This curriculum matches the requirements of KMUTNB’s graduate colleges following the education acts of Thailand. So that the quality training manual of the IGIP-KMUTNB shall ensure quality of a whole training process. The comparative analysis was applied for the 3-step process. The results of the study showed that the management model (structure and management organization) of IGIP-KMUTNB was mainly complied with ISO 17024 standards in items 5.1, 5.1.1 and 5.1.2. In addition, the quality training manual was designed to cover the requirements on the items 4-General requirements, 5-Structural requirements, 6-Resource requirements, 7-Record and information requirements, 8-Certification schemes, 9-Certification process requirements and 10-Management system requirements. Furthermore, the student who has authenticated evidence that they have passed the examinations in all subjects of their Master of engineering education degree studies in the third semester should be allowed to attend an exit examination.
