AI-Driven Security in Medical Robotics for Safe Patient Care
摘要
Medical robots are changing the way patients receive care through accuracy, independence and patient centered care because the system is increasingly becoming complex and interconnected, making it easier to be attacked, which could pose a potential threat to national security. Medical robots powered by artificial intelligence (AI) are changing patient care through more accurate and independent care and patient-centered care. However, the more complex and interconnected systems are, the more exposed they are to attacks that could pose a threat to national security, economy and safety of patients. Operational reliability and integrity of data. To enhance the likelihood of medical robotics being more dependable in various contexts, this chapter explores AI-driven security measures. Some of the applications it applies to include telemedicine, surgical support, patient rehabilitation, and diagnostics, among others. It studies the possible uses of machine learning, reinforcement learning, and anomaly detection to identify and prevent cyberattacks in real time, ensure the stability of operation of these systems, and maintain the security of the operation. It demonstrates the active use of threat intelligence by hospitals and robot manufacturers in their robotic endeavours, using real-world examples. Besides discussing key ethical and legal points, including HIPAA or GDPR compliance, the chapter also focuses on how biased AI can impact medical decisions. This study aims to investigate ways on how AI enriches patient safety, since trust and transparency lead to medical robot maintenance.
