Prerequisites for the Intelligent Decarbonization Strategies based on Sustainable Development and AI infrastructure
摘要
The study examines the prerequisites for intelligent decarbonization in EU countries, integrating sustainable development principles and artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructure, utilizing the Global AI Index, Sustainable Development Index, Index of Economic Dimension, and Security of Life Component. It identifies key disruptions caused by the war that affect various sectors and potentially alter the trajectory of sustainable development, considering the needs of intelligent decarbonization within the European Union. Particular emphasis is placed on the economic consequences and challenges they pose to achieving long-term sustainability and supporting intelligent decarbonization. Clusters were identified based on sustainable development indicators, and key patterns in AI development policies and intelligent decarbonization were analyzed across these clusters, enabling the identification of best practices from leading countries in achieving intelligent decarbonization goals.
