A healthcare recommender system is a sophisticated decision-support tool designed to assist doctors, patients, and other healthcare workers in making smart medical decisions through looking at symptoms, medical histories, treatment outcomes, and patient records to provide personalized suggestions. Such systems based on conventional statistical or semantic techniques are complicated, time-consuming, and of high computational power usage. Here in this Artificial Intelligence-based healthcare recommender system has been devised. For model training, the Mimic-Clinical Database has been utilized. The proposed system can help diagnose the disease, suggest treatment, prioritize the patient based on the severity of the disease, and referrals to the right specialists or medical facilities.
