Evaluation of Secured Architecture Development and Implementation for Internet of Things-Based Smart Health Care Systems
摘要
Health issues such as heart failure, lung failure, and heart-related disorders are occurring at a very high frequency these days. As a result of these issues, regular health monitoring becomes crucial. Wireless patient health surveillance is one of the contemporary ideas. It is a revolutionary advancement in the realm of medicine. Using cutting-edge technologies like wireless communications, wearable technology, and portable remote health surveillance equipment, a clever and affordable health monitoring system or a step toward a more comfortable lifestyle among the people with various ailments has been devised. The architecture and implementation of a secure design for an Internet of Things-based intelligent health care system. The MATLAB environment is used to assess the intelligent healthcare system in order to handle packet loss and other issues. The study examines the success rate, packet drop, and cloud request view ratio of Internet of Things analysis in the healthcare system as it stands right now. Advocates for privacy and security solutions then lament the difficulties in implementing security frameworks. Medical information systems can be developed with the help of Internet of Things (IoT)-based health care systems, which are a subset of information and communication technologies. The security of patients, their lives, and other medical services should be guaranteed and improved by the design of IoT-based health care systems. Research areas are being destroyed by the tracking, tracing, and monitoring of patients’ and healthcare professionals’ activities.
