Curing is one of the most important steps in making sure concrete reaches its full strength and lasts a long time. It helps the cement hydrate properly, which is key to preventing cracks, shrinkage, and other issues that can weaken a structure. However, traditional curing methods like ponding or manual spraying take a lot of time and effort, often waste water, and don’t always deliver consistent results. To solve these problems, this project introduces an automated Wall Curing Bot. This bot is designed to move along the wall on its own using ultrasonic sensors that help it avoid obstacles. The user simply enters the number of turns needed, and the bot follows that path accurately to make sure the wall is evenly cured. A water-spraying mechanism moves up and down vertically, keeping the wall surface evenly moist. This helps concrete cure more effectively while saving water and reducing the need for manual labor. The result is better durability and overall performance of the structure. The system also uses IoT technology, letting users control and monitor everything through a smartphone app. From setting the number of turns to tracking the bot’s progress and getting alerts when the job is done, the whole process becomes easier and more efficient. In short, this project offers a smarter, greener, and more cost-effective way to cure concrete walls compared to the traditional methods.
