Experience of Research on Increasing the Effectiveness of Humanitarian Underwater Demining in Ukraine
摘要
The restoration of economic activity on the rivers and in the coastal sea zone of Ukraine requires humanitarian underwater mine clearance. The report presents the results of research that began even before the start of the large-scale Russian invasion. They are aimed at reducing the time of humanitarian underwater mine clearance without reducing the level of safety of demining divers. The basis for the development of scientifically sound recommendations is the development and analysis of three-factor polynomial models of the activities of demining divers. Mathematical models of lifting explosive objects from depth in a generally accepted way and using a specialized device created by the authors, as well as a mathematical model of detonating an explosive object at depth, are presented and analyzed. The models establish the influence on the time of humanitarian underwater mine clearance of the level of preparedness of demining divers, the external conditions of demining, and diving equipment. It was determined that the level of preparedness of demining divers and the conditions of operational activities of personnel most strongly influence the time of humanitarian underwater mine clearance. Along with this, it is necessary to improve the equipment of demining divers. The training of operational personnel should take into account the external conditions of the water area in which humanitarian underwater demining is taking place. There is a great need to develop new technical means to ensure underwater demining.
