Military transport is an integral part of the logistics system of the Military Forces of the Slovak Republic, focusing on systemic, logistical, and operational aspects. It ensures the reliable and efficient mobility of units, equipment, and materials during peace operations, crises, and combat. Emphasis is placed on various transport modes—land, rail, air, water, and combined—with regard to interoperability, capacity optimization, safety, flexibility, and integration with civilian systems. Special attention is given to command, control, and communication, including decision-making, coordination, and the use of modern information technologies. The research analyzes legal frameworks, logistics planning, and cooperation with civilian transport authorities to identify key challenges. These include technological progress, ecological sustainability, digitalization of processes, and integrating communication systems with operational management. The study is based on analytical and theoretical knowledge, legislation, and practical experience. The final section proposes ways to effectively optimize military transport in response to current and emerging logistical and security demands.

摘要
