Solutions based on artificial intelligence and effective marketing are entering the logistics market and marketing. Previously, this sector was relatively slow to adopt innovations, but more and more companies are trying to rely on smart solutions, including artificial intelligence. Many jobs that have been in the logistics field so far will be taken over by solutions based on artificial intelligence. Customer service robots are associated with artificial intelligence. This article aims to assess marketing, artificial intelligence, and logistics. The article uses scientific literature and case analysis methods. The article examines the cases of Uber, Foodpanda, and C.H. Robinson Worldwide. Case studies have shown that the main areas that determine the use of artificial intelligence in logistics and marketing are: improving logistics and marketing activities, and improving customer needs; improving the speed of freight transportation; decisions are accelerated; ensuring more sustainable processes.
