Artificial intelligence established itself in the in the field of health care during the last decade, it offers major opportunities for diagnosis, prediction, personalized treatment and optimization of organization. We present in this paper a narrative review, in which we hope to in light, to healthcare professionals and the wider public, the ethical issues that comes along with the mixing of IA into medicine. Most articles included in this state of art agreed that AI is a beneficial tool that helps healthcare professionals make more accurate diagnosis, facilitates risk prediction, facilitate hospital management. However, with greater power often comes greater responsibilities. In the context of this review, the main challenge lies in ethics. In fact, who bears responsibility? Is it completely ethical to treat patients through an algorithm? Can the process be completely transparent? Is the relationship between patient and caregiver preserved. The future of AI therefore needs to balance between technological innovation, social justice and Transparency.
