Artificial intelligence (AI) is now considered an essential lever for promoting health equity, particularly for vulnerable populations such as migrants. The objective of this study is to examine the potential of AI to improve the sexual and reproductive health (SRH) of migrant women between 2014 and 2025. A bibliometric analysis was conducted based on publications indexed in the Scopus database. A corpus of 623 articles was analyzed using the Bibliometrix package and its Biblioshiny interface in RStudio. This analysis identifies research trends, key sources, and emerging themes that structure the field under study. The results of this study highlight a growing increase in the number of publications from 2020 onwards, reflecting a growing interest in the use of AI in the field of SRH. Keyword analysis reveals a predominance of studies focusing on clinical and technological approaches. However, issues related to migration and health equity remain under-explored. Overall, AI offers new opportunities to improve access to SRH services, but its deployment remains limited for migrant populations. Interdisciplinary research is needed to fully exploit the potential of AI in the field of SRH by developing equitable and ethical technological solutions tailored to the expectations and needs of migrant women.
