The results of this paper show that in the process of quality evaluation, the level of employment and entrepreneurship can be improved, and the gray correlation analysis method can optimize the employment and entrepreneurship ability of single people, improve their ability to reach more than 20%, and can also have an impact on the employment satisfaction rate and employment reality of college students, so that it can be kept above 75%, and will also give full play to the social value of college students, and the actual value can be increased by 20%.
