Despite the significance of English language education management system design, there is a problem with flawed design. The traditional fusion technique for these systems proves insufficient and yields poor results. This research, therefore, offers insights on the design, suggesting its adoption through collaborative recommendations. To mitigate disruptive factors in this design process, one must employ collaborative filtering theory to pinpoint influential elements. Subsequently, indicators are classified based on system needs. Following this, a recommendation system is devised adhering to collaborative filtering principles, and its outcomes are rigorously analyzed. MATLAB simulations reveal that, considering accuracy in resource management system design and temporal influence factors, the collaborative approach outperforms the conventional fusion method by certain evaluation measures.
