The concept of “Internet plus” has injected new vitality into the education industry. Especially in vocational colleges, information-based teaching management has become an important means to improve teaching quality, optimize teaching process and promote students’ all-round development. With the widespread application of new technologies such as 5G, cloud computing, big data, and artificial intelligence, the education model of vocational colleges is undergoing unprecedented changes. However, in the face of this change, how to effectively use “Internet plus” to build an information-based teaching management system that meets the needs of the times is an urgent problem for vocational colleges. MATLAB simulation shows that under the condition of certain evaluation standards, information teaching management is convenient for teaching management in vocational colleges.
