A significant component of China's current higher education system is adult higher education. In adult higher education courses, course management is very important. Traditional curriculum management cannot meet the management needs of today's adult higher education programs. Technology is developing rapidly, and the education industry is also making full use of scientific and technological means. Therefore, this paper proposes an Internet-based adult higher education course management system for educational course management analysis. In order to minimize interference factors in the administration of education courses, the adult higher education course management system is first designed using Internet technology. The indicators are then classified according to the needs of education curriculum management. The next step is to construct the outcomes of the adult higher education curriculum management system using Internet technology. Then, create the education course management program and conduct a thorough analysis of the findings. According to MATLAB simulation results, for certain assessment factors, the Internet-based adult higher education course management system is better than the traditional course management for adult higher degree education courses.
