Globally, many schools and educational institutions have adopted cloud storage solutions to manage and share educational resources. Cloud storage not only offers teachers and students easy access to educational materials at any time and from any location, but it also significantly increases storage capacity and eliminates the need for on-premise hardware. Furthermore, cloud service providers like Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom have incorporated cloud storage with online collaboration tools, enabling new models of classroom interaction and remote learning. The results show that cloud storage can improve the effect of education, optimize educational content, and the optimization rate reaches 20%, so that the accuracy of education management level reaches 80%, and promotes the comprehensive development of education. Therefore, cloud storage has a role in promoting the improvement of education management.
