In corporate finance, the existence of financial risks will cause certain losses to the company’s finances, so that the initial expected return cannot be realized. The universal application of digitalization will intelligently solve the problem of risk early warning, and realize the expected value that cannot be achieved by traditional risk early warning methods. Based on this, this paper proposes a mathematical model of risk early warning system that can be applied in intelligent risk early warning analysis. First of all, artificial intelligence technology is used to predict the financial risk of the enterprise, and based on the requirements of risk early warning, the indicators are divided, so as to reduce the risk early warning contained in the interference factors. Then, artificial intelligence is used to form a risk early warning scheme for the early warning results of enterprise financial risks, and a comprehensive analysis is carried out for the early warning results. Through MATLAB simulation, it can be found that under certain evaluation criteria, the mathematical model of the risk early warning system used this time has significantly higher risk early warning accuracy than the risk early warning under the application of traditional enterprise financial risk early warning methods.
